By accessing or using GUNZscope ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GUNZscope is a portfolio tracking tool for the GUNZILLA gaming ecosystem. It provides read-only blockchain data aggregation including NFT holdings, token balances, and market data. GUNZscope does not custody funds, execute transactions, or provide financial advice.

3. No Financial Advice

The information displayed on GUNZscope is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Prices, valuations, and profit/loss calculations are estimates based on publicly available data and may not be accurate.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, GUNZscope makes no guarantees about the completeness or correctness of displayed data. Blockchain data, floor prices, and market information are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate.

5. Limitation of Liability

GUNZscope is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to trading decisions made based on information displayed.

6. Third-Party Services

GUNZscope integrates with third-party services including OpenSea, CoinGecko, and Dynamic Labs. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Not Affiliated

GUNZscope is an independent community tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Gunzilla Games or the Off The Grid game.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You may use GUNZscope for your own personal, non‑commercial purposes. You may not, and may not help anyone else to:

• scrape, crawl, spider, or otherwise collect data from GUNZscope by automated means, except through the official API under its published terms;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, authentication, firewalls, or any other technical restriction;
• extract, copy, or compile data from GUNZscope in bulk, or build a database, dataset, or index from it;
• use GUNZscope, its data, or its output to build, train, benchmark, or improve any competing product, service, dataset, or AI model;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of GUNZscope, except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
• access or attempt to access any non‑public area, page, or material of GUNZscope.

10. Intellectual Property

GUNZscope and its software, design, text, graphics, and features are owned by GUNZscope and protected by intellectual property laws. Underlying blockchain data is public, but GUNZscope's selection, compilation, enrichment, and organization of that data, including derived fields, item identifiers, scarcity classifications, valuations, rankings, and supply analytics, are GUNZscope's proprietary work. Subject to these terms, GUNZscope grants you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non‑commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Use of the GUNZscope API is also governed by the API terms published on the developers page, which form part of these terms.

11. Confidential Material

Some pages and materials on GUNZscope are not linked publicly or are intended only for specific recipients, including roadmaps, strategy, pitch, and grant materials. These materials are confidential and proprietary. Being able to reach them does not grant you any right to view, copy, use, or share them. If you access such material without authorization, you must not use or disclose it, and you must delete any copies.

12. Suspension and Termination

GUNZscope may suspend or terminate your access or account, revoke API keys, or block access to the service, at any time and without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or the API terms, or your use presents a risk to GUNZscope, its users, or its data.

13. Remedies

Unauthorized use of GUNZscope may cause irreparable harm. GUNZscope reserves all rights and remedies available under law, including injunctive relief.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of GUNZscope after an update means you accept the updated terms.
